Up to 10 staff

Medium Organisations
10-50 staff

Large or Multi-site Organisations
£2,600-£4,000
Optional add‑ons are priced separately.
Travel & Delivery
Consultancy is most powerful when delivered face‑to‑face.
While online sessions are available for practicality, the most impactful elements are prioritised for in‑person delivery wherever possible.
Travel expenses — including train fare, mileage (45p per mile), and travel time charged at 50% of the consultancy rate — are agreed in advance and invoiced separately.
Accommodation costs are only applied when required for multi‑day or long‑distance delivery.
