About Project ND | Values‑Led Consultancy for Charities

About Us

PROJECT ND helps charities and community organisations work with clarity, purpose and sustainable practice. We support leaders and teams to realign their values, culture and operational strategy so their people, processes and purpose work together.

Our Approach

Our work is grounded in real‑world experience across neurodivergence, disability and community services. We understand the pressures that frontline teams face, the expectations placed on leaders, and the organisational drift that can occur when values and operations fall out of alignment.

PROJECT ND brings a values‑led, systems‑focused approach to consultancy and leadership development. We help organisations diagnose pressure points, rebuild clarity and create healthier, more coherent ways of working.

Our Story

Founded by Rob Morgan, PROJECT ND began as a mentoring and support service for neurodivergent individuals and the organisations that work with them. Over time, it became clear that the challenges facing these services — burnout, unclear expectations, operational strain and cultural drift — were shared across the wider charity sector.

Today, PROJECT ND focuses on organisational consultancy and leadership coaching, helping charities strengthen their culture, operations and strategic direction while staying true to their values.

Our Commitment

We believe that sustainable, values‑aligned organisations create better outcomes for the people they support. Our work is designed to help leaders build clarity, confidence and healthier ways of working — for themselves, their teams and their communities.
